Quiznos versus Subway
Quiznos so kicks Subway's ass. First off, the toasted subs? Yeah Subway's sticking them in a little toaster now too. But Quiznos was there 1st AND they have the super-cool assembly line style toaster. Way better. Secondly, Quiznos pickle bar is totally fucking awesome. I mean, I get to pick how many pepperoncini's I get? And I can choose banana peppers?
The only thing Subway has that's better is the outrageously charismatic Jared. And I'll give them that. I mean, does Quiznos even have spokesmen? But Jared really has no effect on the food, so even that's a pretty weak argument.
So yeah, it appears to be no contest. GO QUIZNOS!!!

I have always been puzzled about how Jared got out of committee. Pretty much any given customer, picked at random, exudes more charisma that Jared.
Yet, I like Subway better. Basically the same serviceable product, but somewhat cheaper. Do I care if it's grilled? It is a fast-food sandwitch. I do not care if it is grilled.
I don't know. I think Jared has that something. If he ran for office, I might just have to vote for him.
Quiznos had those little annoying rat fucker things on their ads for awhile!
I like both...but Quiznos has more taste to it!
Can't believe I actually have something to contribute to this odd post...Quizno's wins out on overall taste, but for those of us watching our weight, Subway is a much better option. I know this is not something you need to concern yourself with CDX.
I HATED those stupid fucking singing Quiznos hand puppet things! But I think I hate Jared even more, so it's another vote for Quiznos!
I don't like either... sorry. If I have to pick, it's Jimmy Johns or Pot Bellys.

I've never had a Quiznos 'meal' before; I've never eaten there.
Every morning I ride my bike past a burger king, and each morning i think to myself: "what horrid wretch has to eat that slop? can't they just go to the supermarket 20 feet away and buy some cereal or something?'
How often do you eat at these places?
Every time I've had a subway sandwhich i've regretted it and several hours later can still taste it...

Miguelito - Well I'm back to working in the 'burbs and on teacher work days we have time to go out to lunch. Although there is every fast food restaurant to pick from, I always go to Quiznos (w/ the occasional Red Robin).
